This Privacy Policy explains how vextocards.com processes information when you browse the website, connect a digital asset wallet, or request a virtual or physical card. Vextocards is designed to avoid collecting ordinary identity and contact details. We do not ask you to provide a name, phone number, email address, date of birth, government identification document, recovery phrase, or private key.
Physical cards are the one exception. Because a physical card has to be posted to you, a delivery address is required for physical card orders only. Virtual card orders never require an address.
Although we do not ask for personal identity details, a website and wallet connection cannot operate with no data processing at all. When you choose to connect a wallet, the public wallet address you approve is made available to the website. We read which network you are on and which coins you hold so you do not have to look them up. Public blockchain transaction details linked to that address on the network you connect to may also be viewed or verified. A public wallet address may qualify as personal data under some privacy laws when it can be linked to a person.
If you order a physical card, a shipping address and any details required by the postal or courier service are collected for that delivery. This information is used to produce and post your card, to respond to delivery problems, and to meet legal or issuer requirements that apply to physical card fulfilment. Delivery details are shared with the card producer and shipping provider only as needed to complete your order.
Ordering a virtual card does not require a delivery address.
Vextocards does not ask you to create an account using a name or contact method. We do not ask for your telephone number, government identification, selfie, bank statement, recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, or remote access to your device.
Support is available by email, but contacting support is optional. If you email us, your message and email address are necessarily received and should not contain a recovery phrase, private key, password, full card details, or other secret information.
Wallet and delivery information may be used to establish a wallet connection requested by you, display the connected public address, read your network and coins, verify an authorized payment made in a supported token on one of our 14 supported networks, produce and deliver a physical card where ordered, respond to support requests, comply with binding legal obligations, and enforce the Terms of Use.
Connecting a wallet does not transfer custody or authorize spending. A separate on-chain transaction requires your approval inside your wallet. These networks are public and permanent. Transactions sent to a blockchain may be visible to anyone and cannot generally be altered or deleted by Vextocards.
When you first visit the website, a cookie preferences banner asks you to choose which cookies and tracking technologies you allow. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Essential (always on). Basic browser storage keeps the site working and remembers which network you selected so you do not have to choose it again each visit. These cannot be switched off because the site would not function without them.
Analytics (optional). If you allow analytics cookies, measurement tools may record how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and how long visits last, to help us improve the service. Analytics cookies are not set unless you opt in.
Marketing (optional). If you allow marketing cookies, advertising partners may set cookies or similar technologies to measure the performance of their campaigns and may use that information to show you Vextocards advertisements on other websites and platforms. Marketing cookies are not set unless you opt in. Advertising partners process this information under their own privacy policies.
If you choose “Reject All”, or close the banner without making a choice, only essential storage is used and no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
For physical card orders, your delivery details are shared with the card producer and shipping provider only as needed to complete your order. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant analytics or advertising partner receives the information described above under its own privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed when required by valid law, court order, or to protect users and the service from fraud or unlawful activity.
Vextocards aims to retain off chain technical, delivery, and transaction records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Public blockchain data is maintained by the underlying networks and cannot be deleted by Vextocards.
You may browse without connecting a wallet. You may choose which network to use, reject a wallet connection, disconnect through your wallet, clear local browser data, and choose not to send a transaction. You may choose a virtual card if you prefer not to provide a delivery address. You may accept, reject, or selectively allow cookies and tracking through the cookie preferences banner on your first visit, and you may withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, restriction, or objection for information controlled by Vextocards. Some requests cannot apply to public blockchain records.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your wallet and device. Vextocards will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. If anyone claims to represent Vextocards and requests those secrets, do not provide them.
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 or below the age of legal majority in their location.
This policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes should be posted before they take effect where required by law.
